Scope of Practice

Due to regional differences in professional regulation, particularly in the UK and parts of Europe, my work is not formally described as psychotherapy. Nonetheless, it draws upon rigorous psychological training and evidence-based therapeutic principles.

I provide non-clinical, educational support to help you:

• Clarify your intentions and motivations

• Prepare thoughtfully for your experience

• Reflect on and integrate insights afterwards

This work is designed to complement your personal journey and promote greater self-awareness, readiness, and meaning-making.

To ensure clarity and safety, please note that I do not:

• Recommend, source, or administer substances

• Provide dosing advice

• Offer medical treatment

• Diagnose mental health conditions
