My work in mental health began in Peru, where I trained as a psychologist. Early in my career, I worked with individuals facing addiction, providing both individual and group support that blended cognitive behavioural tools with practical, psychoeducational guidance. Later, I moved to the UK to deepen my studies, completing an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing, along with specialist training in the integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness. I’m a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and part of the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS).
Through both personal and professional experience, I’ve come to understand just how intricate and individual the journey of self-discovery can be. I’ve seen how deeply trauma and emotional pain can hinder healing, and how profound the impact can be when people are given the space to gain new perspectives and move through emotions with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Over time, my interest in the field of psychedelics grew, particularly in their potential to support lasting psychological change. Through formal training as a psychedelic practitioner, reflection, and direct engagement, I came to value the vital role of preparation, intention, and integration for meaningful therapeutic outcomes.
Today, my work focuses on supporting people who are preparing for or integrating psychedelic experiences. I offer structured, psychology-informed psychoeducation that weaves together evidence-based approaches, harm reduction, and cultural sensitivity.
My work combines psychoeducation, wellbeing strategies, and client-centred support, grounded in current psychological science. Areas of focus include:
• Preparation and integration for altered states experiences
• Mental wellbeing education and resilience-building
• One-to-one psychological support and reflective practice
• Science-informed approaches to inner growth and wellbeing
Beyond information, my role is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where people can explore their experiences, reflect deeply, gain new perspectives, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
